Frequently Asked Questions

Is GRVL CAMP the right fit for me?

GRVL CAMP is a weekend designed to offer adventure, good food and drink, friendship, and physical challenge. While we love getting more people on gravel, our camps are geared more toward intermediate to advanced riders. This means you're comfortable riding 30-60 miles on varied terrain, back-to-back days, and at a steady pace with a group. This is not meant to be exclusionary; rather, we know that we often underestimate ourselves, so we wanted to create an environment that is a little more challenging, and where we can all push ourselves together while encouraging each other.

What if I'm a local who doesn't need accommodations, but wants to join in on the fun?

We have Day Camper and Day Rider options available. Our Day Camper option ($80/day or $225 for the weekend) includes rides, meals, and other camp activities. Our Day Rider option ($40/day or $100 for the weekend) includes rides and other camp activities.

What if I don't want to travel with my bike. Can I rent a bike in Patagonia?

Yes, you can! Patagonia Bikes has gravel bikes available to rent. Check out their rentals here.

How do I book my spot for GRVL CAMP?

To book your spot, email Lindsay and she'll walk you through the process. Because GRVL CAMP is still a small company, we do bookings via email and accept payments via Zelle/Venmo/PayPal.

What is required to book my spot?

You can either put down a 50% deposit or pay in full. The remaining balance is due 45 days after the deposit is made.

What is the cancellation policy?

Spots are fully refundable up to 90 days prior to camp weekend. From 90 days out to 30 days out, you'll receive a partial refund (GRVL CAMP keeps the deposit). From 30 days out until camp weekend, we do not offer refunds. However, if you can find someone to take your spot during that time, you'll receive a partial refund.
